The firm is headed up by Richard Lee who has over thirty years experience as a solicitor. Richard is a practical and realistic solicitor with a deep understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of our legal system. Richard has a strong belief in building a positive all-inclusive future through sustainable value creation. Richard has a special interest in corporate sustainabiliy and has obtained a Master of Laws in Advanced Legal Practice from Northumbria University in collaboration with the Law Society of Ireland.
Richard has accumulated wide and extensive legal experience and has been involved in a number of important legal cases. Richard is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is an accredited Mediator and previously served on the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Ireland Branch Committee. Richard believes that solicitors should work together to find solutions and in this regard is a member of The Association of Collaborative Practitioners. Richard has lectured at the Law Society.
